生气却不要犯罪 :
不可含怒到日落, 
也不可给魔鬼留地步。

 “In your anger do not sin”: 

Do not let the sun go down 
while you are still angry, 

and do not give the devil a foothold.

你们各人要快快的听 ，
慢慢的说 ，

因为人的怒气并不成就神的义。

Everyone should be quick to listen, 
slow to speak and
